Dane osobowe w zakresie wskazanym w przepisach polskiego prawa pracy (art. 221 § 1
Kodeksu pracy) będą przetwarzane w celu przeprowadzenia bieżącego postępowania
rekrutacyjnego (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO) i są niezbędne do wzięcia udziału w rekrutacji.
Pozostałe dane niewskazane w Kodeksie pracy lub innych przepisach prawa, a zawarte w
Twoim zgłoszeniu rekrutacyjnym, będą przetwarzane na podstawie zgody (art. 6 ust. 1 lit.
a RODO). Podanie ww. danych jest dobrowolne, ale konieczne do rozpatrzenia Twojej
aplikacji. Jeżeli nie wyrażasz zgody na przetwarzanie ww. danych osobowych, prosimy o
nieumieszczanie ich w swoich dokumentach i zgłoszeniu rekrutacyjnym. W toku
postępowania rekrutacyjnego możemy również przetwarzać dane zebrane podczas
spotkań rekrutacyjnych na podstawie naszego uzasadnionego interesu (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f
RODO) polegającego na ocenie kwalifikacji i umiejętności kandydatów do pracy.
Trineo Sp. z o.o. będzie przechowywać Twoje dane osobowe do zakończenia bieżącego
postępowania rekrutacyjnego lub do momentu cofnięcia przez Ciebie zgody na
przetwarzanie danych osobowych. Po zakończeniu bieżącego postępowania
rekrutacyjnego Twoje dane osobowe będą archiwizowane przez okres 12 miesięcy.
Jeśli wyrazisz zgodę na przetwarzanie danych na potrzeby przyszłych procesów
rekrutacyjnych (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO), dane będą przechowywane przez okres 24
miesięcy od momentu jej udzielenia lub do momentu cofnięcia zgody.
Twoje dane osobowe mogą być przekazywane podmiotom świadczącym usługi na rzecz
Trineo Sp. z o.o., takim jak portale rekrutacyjne, a także dostawcy systemów
informatycznych do rekrutacji, w związku z procesami rekrutacyjnymi. Twoje dane będą
przekazywane poza granice Polski, jeśli będzie to konieczne do kontynuacji procesu
rekrutacyjnego. Twoje dane zostaną przekazane do Trineo Sp. z o.o.lub klientów z siedzibą w
USA lub innych krajach europejskich na podstawie (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO) .
Masz prawo dostępu, poprawiania, modyfikowania, aktualizowania, sprostowania, żądania
przeniesienia lub usunięcia danych, wycofania zgody lub sprzeciwu.

Personal data in the scope indicated in the provisions of the Polish labor law (Article 221 § 1 of the Labor Code) will be processed in order to conduct the current recruitment procedure (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR) and are necessary to participate in the recruitment. Other data not indicated in the Labor Code or other legal provisions, and included in your recruitment application, will be processed on the basis of consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR). Providing the above-mentioned data is voluntary, but necessary for the consideration of your application. If you do not consent to the processing of the above-mentioned personal data, please do not include them in your documents and in the recruitment application. In the course of the recruitment procedure, we may also process data collected during recruitment meetings based on our legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR) consisting of assessing the qualifications and skills of job candidates.
Trineo Sp. z o.o. will store your personal data until the end of the current recruitment procedure or until you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data. After the end of the current recruitment procedure, your personal data will be archived for a period of 12 months.
If you consent to the processing of data for the purposes of future recruitment processes (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR), the data will be stored for 24 months from the moment of providing it or until the consent is withdrawn.
Your personal data may be transferred to entities providing services to Trineo Sp. z o.o., such as recruitment portals, as well as suppliers of recruitment IT systems, in connection with the recruitment processes. Your data will be transferred outside Poland if it is necessary for the continuation of the recruitment process. Your data will be transferred to Trineo Sp. z o.o., and if necessary to customers located in the USA or other European countries according (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO).
